Pick either the regular or vegan version of the dip. Mix green onion, cream cheese and garlic mayo in a bowl until creamy.
Slice baguette into approx 20, 1.5-inch slices. By turning it upside down, you can cut through slices without having the bread tear apart. I also recommend using a bread knife like this SERRATED BREAD KNIFE. If toasting, place in a preheated oven of 400 until golden brown and toasted, typically less than 10 minutes. If serving fresh, skip oven step.
This can easily be made vegan! Just change out one or two ingredients and impress you dairy-free friends without compromising taste.
